Fill out our Catering Request Form! Be sure to fill form out completely. We deliver to locations within 5 miles for FREE. If the location is between 5 to 10 miles, OTP charges a $10 out-of-range delivery fee. (Requests for delivery further than 5 miles from the closest OTP location will be accepted subject to date, time, and typical volume of business)

You will receive a response from our Event Coordinator within 24-48 hours with availability and a Catering Menu, which includes recommendations for large parties and menu items that are great for sharing, as well as a direct link for our full menu.

Respond to the email with your complete pre-order. Include requested items (including quantity and size for each item) with any modifications and/or allergies. If ordering an appetizer or salad, please include dipping sauces and dressing options.
